We assess the room: size, ceiling height, window exposure to direct sun, and how the space is used, to work out the right capacity before recommending a unit. Installation covers mounting the indoor unit and outdoor condenser, running and pressure-testing the refrigerant line, electrical connection, and a full commissioning check to confirm it's cooling correctly before we leave.
Replacing an old unit vs. a fresh installation
If you're swapping out an existing split unit rather than installing in a brand-new spot, the existing wall bracket and refrigerant line routing can often be reused, which keeps both cost and time down. We'll tell you honestly during the site visit whether reuse makes sense or whether a fresh run is the better option for reliability.
